Victoria’s Secret had an amazing year—and while we saw great successes online, on social media, and in the news, some of our biggest achievements came from our stores across the globe. And for that, we have to say a big thank you to our customers and associates.

Store of the Future Openings
Our new brick-and-mortar locations feature state-of-the-art fitting room technology, a lighter, brighter environment, and reimagined guest services (such as buy online, pick up in store, mobile checkout, digital bra navigation), and more.
By the Numbers
- 85 stores of the future locations are now open in North America as of 2023
- 175 stores opened across the world this past year
- 189 CRAVE stores opened, which include a fitting-room technology that enhances your experience for a personalized shopping journey

Plus, We Had a Little Holiday Fun
At VS&Co, we always try to end the year on a high note. The queen of the holiday season, Mariah Carey, starred in our campaign—becoming the face of our 5th Avenue store and London buses. Also, in Milan and Turin, Italy, we decorated Christmas trees in front of our stores—one of them in the iconic Galleria del Corso-corner Via Vittorio Emanuele II.
