Building confidence, sparking joy, fostering community, and championing self-expression—these values are the pillars of what we do at Victoria’s Secret. This same philosophy is what Runway to Revenue—a 12-week accelerator program created in partnership with the Fifteen Percent Pledge—was built on.

With over 150 female-founded fashion brand applicants, we selected six finalists who are redefining what fashion can look like. From operations to legal, to scaling and customer engagement, each week, our goal was to learn more about the brands and provide these incredible entrepreneurs with tools, resources, and the capital to scale.

Each founder stood out for their unique perspective, a powerful story, brand vision, and a deep commitment to serving her community. It was such an honor getting to know these entrepreneurs and the brands they’ve built. Now, we’re excited to introduce the six founders who should be on your radar—and the businesses shaping the future of fashion.
Meet Our Finalists
Springrose
Founded by Nicole Cuervo, Springrose creates
adaptive Bras and Panties, named in honor of Cuervo’s grandmother Rose, who struggled to get dressed due to chronic pain and arthritis.
The brand’s hero product, Easy-On Mobility Bra®, was tested on more than 500 women and 35 clinicians. The patented design allows for 8+ different ways to put the Bra on. The Bras are modular and adapt to whatever mobility the wearer has available to them.
