The Bombshell Martini
- 2.0 oz Deep Eddy Straight Vodka
- 2.0 oz passion fruit juice/puree (Ceres, Goya, or Boiron)
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- Combine all ingredients, ice, and shake till chilled. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a lime moon (half of a lime wheel)
- Make it a mocktail by swapping vodka for club soda
The Hero Tequila Star
- 1.5 oz Tequila Ocho Plata
- 0.5 oz bergamot
- 0.25 oz lime juice (fresh)
- 0.5oz earl grey syrup*
- 2oz Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda
- Rosemary salt*
- Make it a mocktail by swapping tequila for a zero-proof alternative
The Atelier Old Fashioned
- 2.25 oz Widow Jane Bourbon
- 1 barspoon Rich Demerara syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish with expressed orange
- Stir ingredients over ice and pour on large cube in rocks glass
- Make it a mocktail by swapping bourbon for a zero-proof alternative
