I Tried It: Three Ways to Style Our Three Very Sexy Lift Levels

Very Sexy? Every day? Yes, and I proved it.

If you’re a millennial like me, when you think of Very Sexy collection, your mind may immediately jump to days of yore when you would sneak off to the mall, buy a Bombshell bra, and parade around your high school with an emboldened sense of confidence. And while I love that for us, Very Sexy has entered a new era.

And speaking of sneaking off to the mall, I took my now-adult self to a Victoria’s Secret store to try all three lining levels (Lightly Lined, Push-Up, and Bombshell) to let you know how you can style them for everyday wear. Because while we may no longer feel the need to falsify our assets, you never grow out of needing a confidence boost.

Very Sexy Lightly Lined Demi Bra

This is a brand-new style for the Very Sexy collection. It gives a nice, natural lift without padding if that’s not your thing. I really liked it as an everyday bra with a touch of oomph. Because of that, I’d style this with a classic white T-Shirt (it’s almost invisible under clothes), your favorite blue jeans, and make it your own with accessories, a layer, and your favorite comfy-casual shoe.

Very Sexy Push-Up Bra

Okay, we’re taking things up a notch. This bra adds up to one full cup, so I envisioned this for a date-night look. I’m flirting, but my eyes are still up here. Since I’m working with some extra cleavage, I’m going with a tight V-neck top, silky maxi skirt, and a cool kitten heel. The top of the outfit keeps it sexy, while the bottom takes it to a chic, elevated place.

Very Sexy Bombshell Adds-2-Cups Push-Up Bra

This is the boss level of push-up bras. But have no fear, if my 36Cs and I could master this style, then so can you. The Bombshell is known for adding up to two full cups, and as I stared at myself in the mirror, looking at a woman who now possessed DDs, I thought “this RULES!”. All jokes aside, I was getting an unbelievable lift and shape that made me feel like I could wear anything. I thought the best use of this bra would be for a girl’s night out. Rather than cleavage, I wanted to lean into shape here. So, I’d pair this bra with a boat-neck, tight tank, blazer, mini skirt, and knee-high boots. This lets me have a little tight, a little loose, a little long, and a little short. *chef’s kiss*
