The good news keeps on coming—we’re thrilled to reveal that Taylor Hill will officially be *returning* to our iconic fashion show. Read on to learn about her feelings on being back, history with VS, and life off the runway.
Q: How does it feel to be part of the show’s return?
A: “It feels extremely exciting. I’ve been working with VS for 10 years now, so to see the show return is a very special moment for me.”
Q: What does the show’s return mean to you?
A: “It means a lot to me. I grew up watching it and I also got to be a part of the show from a young age, and I feel I was able to establish myself and my career because of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.”
Q: What are you most excited about?
A: “Being back on the runway and the wings! It’s so nostalgic and it was so much fun walking in the show. I’m excited for that rush of adrenaline that comes with being on that runway.”
Q: What do you think the show returning means for other women?
A: “I hope it means they feel represented and see themselves just as much a part of the show as we are.”
Q: What’s life like off the runway?
A: “Life is very relaxed for me. I love being at home with my family and my dog when I’m not traveling for work.”
Q: How do you feel most strong?
A: “When I feel like myself and comfortable. There’s something about just being in jeans and a T-shirt—not too dressed up—that makes me feel really close to myself. Especially as a model, I get to wear all kinds of clothes and become different characters and people for a day. It’s so fun, but there’s something special about feeling like I’m just myself.”
Q: What’s one thing you wish more people knew about you?
A: “I’m an avid reader. I love a good book and my head was buried in the ACOTAR series my entire honeymoon.”
Q: You’ve walked in the VSFS before—how does this time feel different?
A: “It’s the big comeback! There’s a ton of excitement surrounding that—we all love a good comeback story!”
Q: What are you most excited to see return?
A: “I love the camaraderie that VS has cultivated over all these years. I’m looking forward to doing it with girls who are like sisters to me as well as the girls that get to experience this for the first time. It’s an incredible feeling!”
Q: Similarly, what are you most excited to see change?
A: “As mentioned previously, my hope is that girls are able to see themselves being represented and feel like they are a part of the VS family.”
Q: How have you changed as a person/model since your last time walking in the show?
A: “Wow! So much has changed—we went through a global pandemic, I got married, I lost my souldog Tate to cancer, I chopped my hair off, I started my company Tate & Taylor, the list goes on!”
Q: What is your biggest accomplishment since we last saw you on our runway (personal, professional, or both!)?
A: “I think it would be starting my first company of my own, Tate and Taylor. I started working on it with my late dog Tate as a dedication of my love for him, and now I’m doing it in his honor. We are an online pet store and platform for pets and their people!”
Q: What do you do to get prepared for the runway?
A: “Being home helps me prepare for the show both mentally and physically. I’m fortunate enough to have a very strong support system from my trainer to my husband to my team to my family and, of course, my dog Salem. I love feeling strong both mentally and physically and that is always my primary goal!”
