Celebrating Pride Month
As we celebrate Pride month, we’re proud to support the LGBTQIA+ community this June and beyond through intention and unity. Our associate-led Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) for LGBTQIA+ associates and allies, EVOLVE, has curated events and programming that center on the theme, “Proud to Stand with You—The Fabric of Pride: Self, Family, and Community.” The events and programming reflect on the threads that shape who we are, connect us to one another, and carry our stories forward.
Get to Know Evolve
Evolve provides a supportive and empowering environment for LGBTQIA+ associates and allies to build relationships, develop careers, and celebrate the identities and experiences within the community. Their mission is to foster belonging and inclusion to help strengthen this community and to educate and celebrate LGBTQIA+ associates and allies. This year, Evolve has continued their partnership with Get Phluid to bring impactful conversations and community engagement initiatives to life—throughout Pride Month and beyond.

A Panel Discussion with Willie Greene, We the Urban Founder: Learning to Thrive Authentically
We’ve also partnered with We the Urban to feature Founder, Willie Greene, and VS&Co leaders for an insightful roundtable on learning to thrive authentically. Willie will share his personal journey of embracing his true self and how vulnerability has become a cornerstone for building trust, inclusivity, and deeper connections. Panelists will discuss how embracing your authentic self can foster a more inclusive environment and empower teams to create spaces where everyone can thrive.
